Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for large-scale distributed systems.
- Lead the research and development of advanced LLM fine-tuning and RLHF pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency for production deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
