Responsibilities
- Architect Development: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and proprietary algorithms for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models and neural networks to ensure high accuracy and low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment of models into production environments using CI/CD practices.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant methodologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with distributed systems is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision applications.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
