Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and blockchain hybrid architectures that support millions of concurrent transactions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical deep-dives.
- Protocol Development: Develop and optimize smart contracts and AI models to ensure maximum security and minimal latency.
- Innovation Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML and Blockchain technologies.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, Solidity, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and optimize performance under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
