What You'll Do:
As a key member of our core engineering squad, your focus will be on:
- Architecting Neural Systems: Designing robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures for the 2026 platform.
- Model Optimization: Implementing cutting-edge techniques to enhance model performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Research & Development: Staying ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies like federated learning and edge AI.
- Technical Leadership: Guiding a team of junior engineers and providing mentorship on best practices in deep learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a self-starter with a deep understanding of AI infrastructure. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are constantly looking for ways to optimize and innovate.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP) is highly desirable.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI models and infrastructure for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed and memory efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on AI best practices.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality data pipelines for training.
- Stay updated on the latest research in machine learning and apply it to our products.
- Document architectural decisions and technical specifications clearly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, primarily Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
