Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, designing scalable neural architectures for autonomous systems and generative AI.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of machine learning models in production environments, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- R&D Leadership: Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to achieve breakthrough performance metrics.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the engineering division.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs through advanced quantization and distributed training techniques.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications for the 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to designing and deploying machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and distributed systems architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and lead technical decision-making in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
