Responsibilities
- Design and implement the end-to-end architecture for AI-driven products, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
- Lead the research and evaluation of new machine learning paradigms, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the Project 2026 squad.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and cost efficiency in production environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
