We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to spearhead the development of our flagship initiative, Project 2026. Responsibilities
- Design and implement the high-level architecture for our proprietary 2026 AI engine.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring for junior engineers.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to define AI roadmap and feature specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
