Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and drive the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure.
- System Design: Design complex distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data and supporting next-generation neural networks.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Roadmap Strategy: Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical roadmaps and execution plans.
- Research & Integration: Stay at the forefront of AI research (LLMs, Transformers, Reinforcement Learning) and integrate cutting-edge advancements into our core stack.
- Governance: Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and make high-stakes technical decisions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
