Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed AI systems that integrate seamlessly with legacy infrastructures.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model training, fine-tuning, and optimization for edge computing environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends to propose innovative solutions for future-proofing our infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience designing systems on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-dimensional technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
