Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize model training pipelines and reduce inference latency in real-time environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and security teams to mitigate AI risks.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Agentic AI and autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and data engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
