Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement cutting-edge AI models and distributed systems for Project 2026.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance inference engines capable of handling real-time data streams at scale.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research on novel algorithms, focusing on LLMs, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric applications.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement robust safety measures and ethical guidelines to prevent bias and ensure responsible deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and researchers in advanced machine learning techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and stakeholder management.
