Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Lead the design of Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines, from fine-tuning to inference optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, data governance, and AI ethics.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research and prototype novel AI architectures to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
