Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy for our upcoming product lines, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and ethical AI.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust neural network architectures capable of handling real-time, high-volume data streams.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision, focusing on latency reduction and output accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product management.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect user data and ensure compliance with evolving industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and Generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
