Responsibilities
- Define the technical strategy for our '2026' product roadmap, integrating AI, IoT, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in building scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve in the AI landscape.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI and Large Language Model integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical vision.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
