Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure tailored for 2026-era computing requirements.
- Lead the architecture of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for production environments.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and responsible AI deployment.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models that have a measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
