Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and AI agents using modern MLOps practices.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging LLM architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and reinforcement learning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Model Optimization: Focus on reducing inference costs and improving latency for real-time AI applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience building production-grade AI systems, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- LLM Expertise: Strong background in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating Large Language Models.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, open-ended technical challenges and deliver robust solutions.
