Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of the autonomous systems that will define the year 2026. At Nexus Horizon Labs, we don't just predict the future; we engineer it.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing the core neural infrastructure for our next-generation AI models. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production environments, ensuring our solutions are ethical, efficient, and ahead of the curve.
If you are passionate about the intersection of deep learning, quantum computing, and human-AI collaboration, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance AI systems capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, LLM Agents) and evaluate their viability for integration into our product suite.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency through advanced engineering techniques and hardware acceleration.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish guidelines for AI safety, transparency, and bias mitigation to ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Futuristic Vision: Proven track record of working on bleeding-edge projects or publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
