Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for large language models and computer vision systems.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model compression, quantization, and edge deployment to ensure high performance in resource-constrained environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.

- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and optimize inference latency and throughput using distributed computing frameworks.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithm Expertise: Strong background in optimization algorithms, graph theory, and natural language processing.
