Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for future technology adoption, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and oversee the deployment of complex machine learning systems and large-scale neural networks.
- Drive Innovation: Explore emerging tech trends, including generative AI and edge computing, to integrate into our core products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure systems operate with maximum efficiency, low latency, and high availability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data within our AI ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Future Tech Vision: Proven track record of researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies ahead of the curve.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous challenges and provide clear, strategic technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
