Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models for autonomous agents and smart systems.
- Lead the research and development roadmap for Generative AI, LLMs, and multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI seamlessly into core product infrastructure.
- Ensure rigorous data privacy, ethical AI standards, and regulatory compliance in all deployments.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for large-scale, high-traffic environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and driving strategic technical decisions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
