Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design of our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows with a focus on latency reduction.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach a team of high-performing software engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical systems on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
