Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for low-latency inference in edge environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Research emerging AI trends to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our products.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying ML models to production using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
