Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning with company goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed AI systems and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and integrate them where applicable.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across all AI workloads.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven experience designing systems for High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning.
