Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable deep learning models for edge and cloud deployment.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to integrate classical and quantum algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize neural network inference latency and reduce computational costs for real-time applications.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our stack at the bleeding edge.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or robotics engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
