Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and large-scale neural networks.
- Lead a team of talented ML engineers and data scientists in research and implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for edge and cloud deployment.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
