- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous coding standards and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and security compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Process Optimization: Drive DevOps maturity, CI/CD implementation, and agile methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript) and frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
