- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure workflows to automate and enhance decision-making.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive code reviews and performance profiling to identify bottlenecks and optimize system latency.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages such as Go, Rust, or Python, with a strong understanding of system design patterns.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting critical system failures and delivering robust solutions under tight deadlines.
