Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit card transactions
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and fitting room areas
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special store events
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Island Drive location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be available for 15-25 hours per week
