Responsibilities
- Operate standard production machinery and assembly lines to ensure high-volume output.
- Inspect finished goods for quality defects and ensure they meet strict company standards.
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required for all roles.
