Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to identify passive talent for our diverse client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide market insights.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on salary trends and industry insights to provide competitive offers to candidates.
- Placements: Close placements quickly and effectively to meet quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales preferred. New graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with a proven ability to hit targets and work independently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Charisma: A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
