Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop error correction protocols and system architectures
- Lead research initiatives targeting quantum advantage in pharmaceutical discovery and materials engineering
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with hybrid classical-quantum computing environments

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
