Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published work in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra and probability theory
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Proven track record of translating theory to practical solutions
