Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical Python/R stacks
- Published work in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
