Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems

- Develop simulation frameworks for quantum-computing-as-a-service platforms
- Secure government and industry grants for advanced quantum research
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in quantum machine learning or error correction
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Clearance eligibility for federally funded projects
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum processors
- Strong background in linear algebra and topological quantum computing
