Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum systems on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure research grants and partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing curriculum development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Demonstrated track record of high-impact research publications
- Experience securing government or industry research funding
