Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum hardware-software integration frameworks
- Conduct independent research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate quantum computing architectures
- Author high-impact publications and patent disclosures in quantum computing domains
- Develop roadmaps for quantum computing applications targeting 2026 commercial deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)

- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, or quantum machine learning
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
