Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms solving complex optimization problems
- Operate and calibrate cryogenic quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to reduce error rates below 0.1%
- Secure $500K+ in government grants for quantum research
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Davos Summit
- Lead open-source quantum software initiatives
- Patent at least 3 quantum computing innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on quantum circuit design experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap qubits
