- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top-tier journals/conferences

- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation workshops
- Secure federal and industry research grants for quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Published record in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum hardware constraints
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding and manage multi-year projects
