Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols

- Secure $5M+ in NSF and DoD research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
- Publish 3+ papers in Nature/Science annually
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies on quantum commercialization
- Develop quantum-safe cybersecurity frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or topological computing
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Published work in quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulation
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum systems
