Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years quantum research experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex systems, and computational theory
- Experience leading technical teams and managing research projects
- Published work in peer-reviewed quantum computing publications
