Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable quantum computing architectures
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware research
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum applications
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Knowledge of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
