- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to next-generation cyber threats
- Mentor junior scientists in quantum algorithm development and system integration
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Proven track record of designing quantum circuits with >99.9% fidelity
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Certification in Quantum Computing Security (QCS) from IEEE
