Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum circuit architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum processors beyond NISQ era
- Partner with MIT/Stanford on quantum-algorithm research initiatives
- Secure $10M+ in government/private quantum computing grants
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week 2026
- Mentor next-gen quantum engineers through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing hardware/software architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubits
- Track record of securing quantum computing patents
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Fluency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing expertise
