Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping quantum error correction methodologies
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols in enterprise environments
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and cloud providers
- Author technical whitepapers on quantum advantage for commercial applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)

- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
