Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for NISQ-era and fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead architecture of quantum cloud services with 99.999% reliability SLAs
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Author whitepapers on quantum advantage in pharmaceutical and financial sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum machine learning from recognized institutions
- Proven track record of leading quantum R&D projects
