Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for industrial applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world problem-solving in logistics, cryptography, and materials science
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks to accelerate AI training pipelines
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to co-design qubit systems and error-correction protocols
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise-grade quantum networks
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 10+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum annealing technologies
- Demonstrated experience scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., NIST QKD standards)
