Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for industrial-scale optimization problems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical quantum models into deployable solutions
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Drive research on quantum machine learning applications for enterprise clients

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with demonstrated algorithm development
