Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant encryption protocols for enterprise-scale deployments
- Design hybrid AI-quantum computing frameworks for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction algorithms
- Translate theoretical quantum mechanics into production-ready solutions
- Advise C-suite on quantum security roadmaps and compliance
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS + 5yrs experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and topological qubit manipulation
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum machine learning
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQ-CRYPTO)
- Track record of leading technical projects through production deployment
