Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers to develop quantum algorithms
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with AI researchers to hybridize quantum-classical workflows
- Establish security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Drive open-source contributions to quantum development frameworks
- Present breakthrough findings at premier quantum conferences (Q2B, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and quantum control electronics
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience leading quantum hardware-software co-design projects
- Strong track record of commercializing quantum technologies
