Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms solving optimization problems in cryptography, materials science, and AI
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and error correction protocols
- Research and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities for 2026-era systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical Python frameworks
- Published research in top quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
